This app facilitates the remote management and oversight of congestive heart failure patients across multiple rehabilitation facilities. Using evidence-based algorithms, Cardiac Manager can generate a clinical status of a CHF patient and can issue warnings if a patient is on the verge of a CHF exacerbation or at risk of over-diuresis.
